Snoopy welcomes people to the City of Hartford, CT.  Snoopy is at the Capital Ave Exit Green.  From this traffic circle you can see/get to the State Capital, the Bushnell Memorial Arch, The Bushnell Memorial Concert Hall, Trinity College, Hartford Hospital, and Bushnell Park.  The building in the background is an old time museum located in the park near the carousel.
